We scan every Proof of Delivery and relevant documentation for each delivery that we make, and these are indexed against each job on our system. We are then easily able to retrieve any document that is required and these can then be emailed, faxed, or copied to CD to help verify deliveries.

Using Pallex, Truswell Haulage can provide an electronic signature capture system giving customers access to a track and trace facility including web-based P.O.D.s for palletised consignments.
